PEB Fabrication in Bharuch
Bharuch chemical-estate work is fabricated with the coating system chosen for the plot's actual exposure — a generic primer schedule does not survive long in this belt.
More on PEB FabricationIndustrial sheds and warehouses for Bharuch GIDC, Vilayat and Zaghadia — built for chemical-plant service conditions.
Bharuch anchors one of India's densest chemical corridors, and the estates at Vilayat and Zaghadia continue to add capacity. Structures here have to cope with an aggressive atmosphere, so specification of the coating system matters as much as the steel section sizes.
We supply process sheds, raw-material and finished-goods godowns, pipe-rack support structures and utility building enclosures — engineered to the plant's crane, platform and equipment loads rather than to a generic catalogue span.
Our team coordinates directly with your project consultant on anchor-bolt setting-out and foundation drawings, so the civil contractor is not waiting on steel drawings and the erection window stays on schedule.

The full scope — design through erection — delivered from our Vadodara works to your Bharuch site.

More on PEB EngineeringErection inside a live chemical plant runs under your permit-to-work system; our supervisor handles the interface and we provide method statements before mobilising.
More on Fabrication & ErectionBharuch GIDC process sheds are built with the ventilation and access openings positioned around your equipment layout, framed in rather than cut later.
More on Shed FabricationRaw-material and finished-goods godowns here need segregated bays and solid drainage; we plan the bay grid around how drums and bags actually move through the store.

Design, fabrication and erection are all ours — no coordination gap between vendors when something needs deciding.
Members are sized to your loads and spans, so you are not paying for steel a standard frame would have carried unnecessarily.
Bharuch is a regular route for us at around 75 km, so transport is planned and priced from experience rather than guessed.
Material test certificates, dimensional checks, weld records and bolt torque logs — handed over, not just claimed.
Yes. Bharuch is around 75 km from our fabrication works near Vadodara, and it is a regular service area for us. We cover Bharuch GIDC, Vilayat GIDC, Zaghadia GIDC and the surrounding belt with the full scope — design, fabrication, transport and erection.
Both, and we recommend taking them together. Our own supervised erection crew works Bharuch sites, so if a member does not fit, it is resolved between our shop and our site team rather than becoming a dispute between two vendors. We can also supply material only if you already have an erection contractor.
For a typical shed, expect roughly 3–5 weeks of fabrication after drawing approval and 2–4 weeks of erection, with dispatch to Bharuch planned into the sequence. Foundations run in parallel with fabrication, which is where the time is actually saved compared with conventional construction.
Cost depends on clear span, eave height, crane provision, sheeting specification and site conditions, plus transport from Vadodara to Bharuch. A per-square-foot number quoted without those is guesswork. Send us the span, the height and what you will do inside, and we will come back with a specific figure — usually within a day or two.
Our Bharuch work is concentrated in chemicals & dyes, bulk warehousing, engineering, textiles. That said, the structure follows the loads, not the industry label — tell us what goes inside and we will engineer for it.
