PEB Fabrication in Padra
Padra sits barely 25 km from our works, so fabricated framing reaches site in a single short haul with minimal transport cost loaded into your quote.
More on PEB FabricationFast-turnaround sheds and warehouses along the Padra–Jambusar belt, barely half an hour from our works.
Padra is one of the closest industrial belts to our Fajalpur works, which makes it among the quickest locations we serve. Sites along the Padra–Jambusar road host chemical units, agro-processing and a growing number of warehousing plots.
For these projects we can move fabricated framing to site in a single short haul, and our erection crew works from base rather than camping on site — which cuts both cost and the time lost to mobilisation.
Typical builds here range from straightforward gable-frame godowns and agro storage to process sheds for chemical units, with insulated or ventilated envelopes chosen per requirement.

The full scope — design through erection — delivered from our Vadodara works to your Padra site.

More on PEB FabricationPlots along the Padra–Jambusar road are open and exposed, so wind loading and anchorage detailing get more attention than a sheltered urban site would need.

More on Fabrication & ErectionProcess sheds for the chemical units along this belt are built with the ventilation and insulation package chosen per unit, not applied as a standard spec.
More on Shed FabricationAgro godowns and the newer warehousing plots here get efficient gable-frame designs with wide spans and simple, low-maintenance detailing.
More on Warehouse FabricationOur engineer will measure the plot, check access and give you a realistic budget before you commit to anything.
Design, fabrication and erection are all ours — no coordination gap between vendors when something needs deciding.
Members are sized to your loads and spans, so you are not paying for steel a standard frame would have carried unnecessarily.
Padra is a regular route for us at around 25 km, so transport is planned and priced from experience rather than guessed.
Material test certificates, dimensional checks, weld records and bolt torque logs — handed over, not just claimed.
Yes. Padra is around 25 km from our fabrication works near Vadodara, and it is a regular service area for us. We cover Padra town belt, Padra–Jambusar road, Masar and the surrounding belt with the full scope — design, fabrication, transport and erection.
Both, and we recommend taking them together. Our own supervised erection crew works Padra sites, so if a member does not fit, it is resolved between our shop and our site team rather than becoming a dispute between two vendors. We can also supply material only if you already have an erection contractor.
For a typical shed, expect roughly 3–5 weeks of fabrication after drawing approval and 2–4 weeks of erection, with dispatch to Padra planned into the sequence. Foundations run in parallel with fabrication, which is where the time is actually saved compared with conventional construction.
Cost depends on clear span, eave height, crane provision, sheeting specification and site conditions, plus transport from Vadodara to Padra. A per-square-foot number quoted without those is guesswork. Send us the span, the height and what you will do inside, and we will come back with a specific figure — usually within a day or two.
Our Padra work is concentrated in chemicals, agro processing, warehousing, light engineering. That said, the structure follows the loads, not the industry label — tell us what goes inside and we will engineer for it.
